Because I practice in a home-based clinic and treat children with developmental disorders, I am considered both nationally and in the Commonwealth of Kentucky to be an essential worker. Therefore, I am still able to provide in-person services while following the CDC recommendations for social distancing (when possible) and sterilization.  However, I am also able to offer teletherapy to children for whom it might be appropriate.
